Main tasks & responsibilities
- Lead the frontend stream for new features and migration projects, ensuring delivery of performant and maintainable solutions.
- Develop high-quality web applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js (SSR/SSG/ISR).
- Implement and enforce accessibility standards (WCAG AA), performance budgets, and automated testing practices (Jest, React Testing Library).
- Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, collaborating closely with design and backend teams.
- Apply Agile methodologies, contribute to backlog refinement, and drive best practices across the team.
- Ensure security, scalability, and long-term maintainability in all frontend deliverables.
- Strong hands-on expertise in React, TypeScript, and Next.js, with proven experience in building scalable and performant web applications.
- Solid knowledge of accessibility (WCAG AA) and performance optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in API integration (REST and GraphQL), Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in automated testing and quality gates, ensuring high standards of code quality.
- Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor a small squad or stream in an Agile environment.
